How Can severe Stomach Pain Along With Nausea Be Treated?

6 yr old grand daughter had stomach pain and nausea this am. Vomited only yellow junk. She then passed out. She was taken to DR and they did no testing on her whatsoever. Only said it was possible that vagus nerves may have been stimulated by something. No tests of any kind and sent h e r home . ?????????

General & Family Physician 's  Response
If the vomiting is recurrent, It could be due to food poisoning. I would ask you about your last meal. Do you have diarrhoea as well? fever?
If it is not recurrent, it could be due to the reason your GP has mentioned. I might prescribe you with domperidone to take, if your child is nauseated.
